Your school offers a custom graduation announcement featuring the school's logo crafted by the finest artisans in the trade. Rich and bright inks coupled with fine detailing are just some of the elements that make your school's graduation announcement stand out above others.

The inside text copy will be worded as an announcement of the graduate's academic achievement and not as an invitation. Graduation announcements are designed to be sent to family and friends to announce the accomplishment of the graduate. The text copy will provide the date, time and place of the graduation ceremony as provided by your school. Announcements can be used as invitations by simply including a note or any tickets to the ceremony that may be required by the school.

Announcements can be personalized with the graduate's name by ordering printed name cards. Two slits inside the announcement are provided to hold your personal name card.

Graduation announcements are designed to be sent to family and friends approximately 3 weeks prior to your graduation ceremony.

Printed Name Cards
Each announcement has 2 slits inside designed to hold a name card with the graduate's name. Cards are available with a plain (Traditional) panel or with 2016 added using gold foil. Name cards are produced using the same font style, font color and card stock to match the graduation announcement.

NAME CARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR POLAND REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
TRADITIONAL STYLE: White card stock with blind embossed baronial panel.
SWOOSH STYLE: White card stock with silver foil border and silver foil 2016.
FONT: Is set to match the text copy found inside the graduation announcement.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

Each graduate will automatically receive 4 graduation announcements with their cap and gown order. You only need to place an order for any additional announcements you may need above the 10 provided with your cap and gown, or if you wish to order printed name cards to personalize your announcements and any other complementing products such as thank you notes, return address labels, envelope seals, etc. Orders for Oyster River High School graduation announcements need to be placed by March 1, 2016. All orders (other than the pack of 10 provided with your cap and gown) are shipped to residences at the same time...about 4 weeks prior to the graduation ceremony.
